About Jenny Casson

Jennifer Casson OLY is a two-time Canadian Olympian who currently works in industrial AI.

She represented Canada at Tokyo 2020 and Paris 2024 after competing at five World Rowing Championships and setting world records on both the 2k and 6k ergometer.

She retired from Rowing Canada's national team in early 2026.

Jennifer now applies the mindset of elite competition to the world of AI adoption, helping industrial operators trust and deploy technology at scale.

She speaks on performance, leadership, and navigating change for corporate and community audiences.

She is based in Tampa, Florida.
